History

Established in 1984.
El Dorado Hills was our first location. Thee Upper Crust Pizza was the first eating establishment to open in El Dorado Hills, Ca.
In 1989, Ed and Beverly opened their 2nd location in Sacramento (Greenhaven/Pocket).
In 1991 they opened their 3rd location in Downtown Sacramento (13th and K Streets).
In 1992, they opened their 4th and final location in Sacramento (Greenhaven).
Today; however, only the downtown location at 13th and K Streets remains open, serving the downtown community and convention goers.

Owner

Thee Upper Crust Pizza has been in business over 30 years in the El Dorado and Sacramento areas and opened this location in 1992. Ed and Beverly Thee started and operated their pizza restaurants with their children. Today, their son Chris, owns and operates the restaurant with his wife Tanya. Chris T.

  I'm proud to say that the best pizza in Detroit is also right next door to the best Sharma in Detroit, Fatuous Lebanese Grill (where I work)! Upper Crust Pizza has built a reputation for being the best pizza in Detroit and with good reason. Their ingredients are top notch and pizzas are made by a great staff. Try a BLT large square pizza for something a little different and really good.

  Good pizza. Buffet is a good deal and always stocked at lunch during the week, when I go. Sadly, I've been there 100s of times.
